If they do not want to do aerobics, they can substitute walking as their exercise.
Pregnant woman must avoid drinking alcohol, smoking and taking drugs because these are the things that can harm them and their baby. It can cause miscarriage, premature birth and the baby may have abnormalities. Also, secondhand smoke must be avoided.
